Magne-Tech ® Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment 3404-3505

Magne-Tech® systems feature the most advanced circuitry in the industry providing ease of operation, assured safety for test parts, increased test speeds, and maximum repeatability and dependability of tests.

The 3504 models provide versatility of both AC alternating current and full wave DC for magnetization. These models are generally used at overhaul for detection of fatigue cracks, but may also be preferred where only surface discontinuities are sought. Maximum magnetizing current output is 4000 AC/5000 DC amperes. All 3504 models feature automatic demagnetization.

The 3505 models provide 3 phase full wave DC for magnetization. The maximum output may be 6000 or 10,000 amperes. These models are used extensively for the inspection of parts manufactured to military specifications. We recommend a separate Model 3534 demagnetizer to complete the NDT operation.
