MidBeam 2.0 is an extremely robust hand held lamp especially designed for use by heavy industries with very difficult operating environments.
Unique Features of MidBeam 2.0:
* IP68 Waterproof classification: Solids and liquids that often find their way into a light causing UV LEDs to burn cannot penetrate a MidBeam 2.0 unit.
* Battery indicator: Four colors, green, yellow, orange and red signal the user when the batteries are over 75%, 50-75%, 25-50% and below 25% charged respectively. With less than 10% left the red signal starts flashing.
* Operates while charging batteries: The battery version can operate like mains while charging the batteries via a connector at the back of the head.

The Labino MidBeam Light is part of a new generation of products that Labino is introducing to the market. These unique new lights have one common characteristic; they weigh less than many comparable products in the market today. MidBeam in particular is a handheld lamp, extremely compact in size, with a housing diameter of just 3.15 inches! MidBeam is available as Battery or Mains. The mains operated model weigh just 702 grams (1.55 lbs) and the battery operated model weigh 781 grams (1.72 lbs)! The light weight and compact size makes it extremely easy for the user to operate and carry around even the most difficult inspection areas and structures. This is made possible without compromising the performance of the lamp.

Each MidBeam consists of 4 LEDs offering a very even beam. The start button provides instant power and the light is operated with a multifunctional switch – UV / OFF – on the handle for ease of use. It is easy for the battery version to switch batteries. The location of the batteries (inside pistol handle) makes the ergonomics of the unit stable. Four batteries are provided and two are needed to operate. The design of the mains version makes it easy to support the light with a common stand on a bench.

The heat generated from the LEDs is managed via a mechanical cooling system – no fans necessary! MidBeam is 100% free from UV-B and the LEDs emit almost no visible light due to a visible light Filmter. It is compliant with ASTM UV-A intensity and wavelength specifications for FPI and MPI. IP65 approved for dust and water jetting proof.
