Model 3150SS and Model 2150SS 120 V AC immersion heaters are made of stainless steel with an incoloy heating element. Both units are thermally protected so they will shut off if heated without water. After a cooling period, it will reheat. Maximum water level of Model 3150SS is 11.5”. Model 2150SS is 5.5”.
